If you're a data room owner, you can assign co-owners in your data room.
Before you can do this, please ensure that the person meets both of these requirements:
They must be a guest of data room. How to add guests
They must be a member of your team on Digify. In other words, they must be one of the users on your paid plan. How to invite members to your team
Once these requirements are met, follow these steps to assign them the co-owner permission in the data room.
Step 1: Enter the data room. Click on GUESTS in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Click on the three dots (...) for the guest for whom you want to change permissions. In the dropdown menu that appears, select Edit Guest.
Alternatively, you may right-click on the guest and click on Edit Guest.
Step 3: You'll be directed to Edit Guest page. Under Permission, choose the permission you want to apply to this guest.
Step 4: Once done, click on the Save button.
