If you're a data room owner/co-owner, you check how your data room files and folders will appear for each guest or group.

Step 1: Sign in to your Digify account.

Step 2: Enter your data room. Click on GUESTS in the top-right.

Step 3: Locate the guest or group whose access you want to preview.

Step 4: Click on the ellipsis icon ("...") next to the guest/group name to access the context menu and select Preview guest/group access.

Step 5: A modal will appear, displaying how the data room files and folders will appear to the selected guest or group.
