Enhanced Security for 6-Digit Verification Code
We’ve made improvements to the verification code process to enhance account security:
After five failed attempts, users will now receive a new verification code.
Error messages are now more specific to the situation:
Incorrect Code (Attempts 1–4): "Incorrect verification code. Please try again."
Expired Code (Attempts 1–4): "Incorrect verification code. Please request a new code."
After 5 Failed Attempts: "There were five failed verification attempts. For your protection, a new verification code has been sent to your email."
Improved Email Notification Handling
To reduce unnecessary email traffic and prevent spam abuse email notifications will now be sent only once, even if the same email address is entered multiple times in the recipient or guest field.
Bug Fixes
Resolved an issue where an error message appeared when accessing media files using document security pre-authenticated URLs.
Fixed an issue where export emails were not being sent when users attempted to export a data room.
Corrected a display issue where a scrollbar appeared in the “You cannot modify screen shield permission” pop-up.
Fixed a duplicate issue related to accessing media files with DS pre-auth URLs.
Addressed a bug where users saw a highlighted data room count after selecting the "Unlimited DR" checkbox and selecting the data room count.
