Export Page-by-Page Analytics
Document Security file owners and Data Room owners/co-owners can now export page-by-page analytics, providing a powerful new tool for custom analysis and reporting. Page by page export is automatically included whenever analytics is exported.
Clicking "export analytics" now provides an excel file with page analytics within the "page" tab
The exported Excel file now includes:
A detailed breakdown of document engagement at the page level
Data automatically sorted by page number and viewer name
“No data available” indicators for pages without activity
The page tab on the analytics export now includes detailed page view activity.
API Enhancements: Access Page-by-Page Analytics
To support further integration, two new API endpoints have been added:
Retrieve page-level analytics for a Document Security file
Retrieve page-level analytics for a Data Room file
These endpoints allow organizations to pull detailed viewer behavior data directly into internal dashboards or CRM systems.
