Digify 2025 Price Changes
We want to inform you of an upcoming change in our pricing structure, which will take effect on 30 October 2025.
Updated Pricing Details:
Pro Plan
Monthly: $190 (previously $180)
Yearly: $1680 (previously $1560)
Team Plan
Monthly: $500 (previously $480)
Yearly: $4200 (previously $3960)
For Existing Paying Customers:
The new pricing will take effect from 1 November 2025, starting on your next renewal date.
Bulk assignment of data room guests to new group
Added ability to select all guests when creating or managing groups.
Added “Assign to Group” action on the guest list to quickly add guests to groups.
Handle long file paths for guests to download folders
Users will receive a pop-up informing that folder downloads will now be sent via email
Improvements & Bug Fixes
Improved PPAD download flow to guide users without viewer installed and reduce drop-off.
Improved message in the add members pop-up to reduce confusion about access to existing data rooms.
Fixed issue where first sheet remained editable after What-If Analysis was disabled, until navigating away.
Fixed issue where What-If Analysis banner caused file toolbar to be blocked on iOS mobile, making header options inaccessible.
Fixed issue where data room count in the quotation link did not reflect the selected “Unlimited data room” setting.
Fixed inconsistent font styling in Create/Manage Group screen.
Fixed request access not working for a data room file/folder if data room has "Anyone with link email verification" access and guest has limited Granular permissions
