Allow importing of folders from OneDrive/SharePoint

  • Users can now import folders and files directly from OneDrive/Sharepoint into Digify.

Help users discover both Document Security and Data Rooms

  • Added email notification and in-app pop-up to help users discover both Document Security and Data Rooms.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

  • Prevented Wootric survey from appearing in file viewer and MS editor to avoid disrupting user workflow.

  • Fixed watermark getting cut off in the File Viewer if the user’s email length is shorter than the IP address or timestamp displayed in the watermark.

  • Fixed getting Skip Notification success page when choosing Add & send notification.

  • Fixed "Restore" button shifts/flickers on hover inside Data Room file version history page.

  • Fixed getting "Preview Not Available" screen before going to the data room in case of error on file viewer.

  • Fixed issue where valid recipients were added even when an invalid email was entered.

  • Fixed file structure breaking when updating permissions of nested items in large data rooms with many guests.

  • Fixed “Insert Video” button fails after adding first video via embed link on About page.

  • Fixed issue where file viewer turn unresponsive when loading large files with multiple tabs open.

  • Fixed Excel cells overlapping with the “What-If” pop-up when the modal loads late after the user begins editing.

  • Fixed getting incorrect ITM_DEL error page on the file viewer when recipient revokes their own access.

  • Fixed missing files in a zip when downloading multiple files with size less than 500 MB, where the missing file size is greater than 100 MB.

  • Fixed issue where multiple users are unable to upload/download/view files.

  • Fixed error when trying to update guest permissions as an Owner or Co-owner from the File Viewer > Share Options.

  • Fixed text misalignment in OneDrive/SharePoint error modal.

  • Updated PPAD Viewer landing page to clarify next steps after installation and improve onboarding.
