Demo Data Room Updates
Demo data rooms no longer count toward your data room quota, so you can explore them freely without using up your available rooms.
To prevent misuse of demo data rooms, inviting guests, sharing links, and uploading files are no longer allowed within them.
External users who receive a link to a demo data room can no longer open it or request access to it.
We also updated the sample data room, including its name, about page, and banner image.
Improvements & bug fixes
Fixed an issue that prevented large PDF files from printing in the File Viewer on Chrome and Edge.
Fixed an issue where the links from the Recent Data Room Files section did not display or open correctly for guests with Edit or Invite permissions.
Fixed the context menu so it now updates correctly on recent Data Room files when a guest is granted Edit access.
Fixed breadcrumbs on the Recent Data Room Files tab so they now truncate correctly on mobile devices.
Fixed an error that caused file uploads to fail with an "unable to upload file" message when the same folder was dragged in again during an ongoing upload.
Fixed an issue that allowed inviters to add more than five guests per Data Room on trial accounts.
Updated the Request Approval flow to match its intended design when a credit limit is reached, and corrected the content of the Request Denied email.
