Persistent Protection After Download (PPAD) for Data Rooms

  • Dedicated PPAD Domain: Protected files now open on a dedicated PPAD domain, giving PPAD-protected content its own secure viewing experience.

  • Plan Availability: PPAD is now available on the Team plans and above, with availability shown on the pricing page.

  • Activity Tracking: Data room owners and co-owners can now track activity on PPAD-protected files within a PPAD-enabled data room.

  • Download Visibility: Owners can now see the download type (Original, PDF, or PPAD) in the analytics view, analytics export logs, and download tracking emails, giving full visibility into how files are consumed.

  • API Support: Files shared via the API can now be protected with PPAD, so they're delivered as protected .ppad files.

Cloud Storage Sync

  • New Add-On: Pro and Team plans can now purchase Cloud Storage Sync as an add-on, which includes 100 GB of storage bandwidth.

  • Included for Business & Enterprise: Business and Enterprise plans now include Cloud Storage Sync by default, with 100 GB of storage bandwidth, and can purchase additional storage bandwidth through the add-on if needed.

  • Usage Notifications: Users are notified when approaching their maximum Cloud Storage Sync storage bandwidth quota.
