V26.10.2 Release Notes

Deployed: 29 October 2026

Written by Andre Klaus

Summary

This release introduces a co-owner role in Google Drive, giving a collaborator Google edit permission plus full PPAD access, and makes the Google Drive sharing dialog the single source of truth by always syncing its permissions with PPAD. The viewer gains presentation mode and moves PWA sign-in onto the portal authentication flow with OTP verification. Nine bug fixes are included, covering the email portal, the viewer and administration settings.
