If you are attempting to copy-and-paste your recipients' emails to the email input field, but the email addresses are not pasted, and you see a flashing red cursor, it could be that your email list contains duplicate email addresses.

To resolve this error, we recommend removing the duplicates from your email list:

  1. Import your email list to MS Excel.

  2. From the toolbar, click Data > Data Tools > Remove Duplicates.

  3. Refresh the Digify webpage, then copy-and-paste the cleaned email list into the input field.
