If you're an admin of your team on Digify, you may purchase additional quota for more users, data rooms, guests, credits and bandwidth, or purchase premium add-ons such as Dynamic Watermark and Screen Shield for your plan at any time.
❗ Note: If you're on a Pro plan that was activated after 12 June 2019, you will not be able to purchase additional quotas or add-ons for your plan. If you wish to update your plan, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How to purchase additional quotas or add-ons
Step 1: From your dashboard, click on your name and avatar in the top-right corner. In the dropdown menu, select Admin Settings.
Step 2: You'll be directed to the Admin Settings page. Ensure that you're in the BILLING section. Under Update Plan, click on the Expand button.
Step 3: Under OPTIONAL ADD-ONS, you may increase your current quotas and/or add your desired premium features to your plan.
Step 4: Once done, click on the Continue button to proceed to checkout. All charges will be prorated. (See next section for more details.)
💡 Note: If you wish to remove add-ons from your plan, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
How you'll be charged
You'll be charged on a pro-rated basis for the additional quotas and/or add-on features for your current billing cycle.
Full charges will be reflected from the next billing cycle onwards.
Your plan will be updated immediately after payment is successfully processed.
