If you wish to remove the additional quotas or premium add-ons from your Digify subscription, please get your admin to email us at support@digify.com, and our billing team will make the changes for you.

Before contacting us, the account admin should make sure your current account usage does not exceed the new quota.

Please note that our billing department may take 24-48 working hours to process your request, and and the changes will take effect immediately once the payment is processed.
