If you wish to remove additional quotas or premium add-ons from your Digify subscription, please contact your admin to email us at support@digify.com for our team to update your plan.
Please ensure that the updated quota tallies with your current plan usage. For example, if your account admin should make sure your current account usage does not exceed the new quota.
Please note that our billing department may take 24-48 business hours to process your request upon confirmation, and the changes will take effect immediately once the payment is processed.
