Single Sign-on (SAML 2.0) (Only available on Digify Business plan and above)

SAML 2.0 Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials across multiple applications.

Integrating Digify with your identity provider makes logging in simple and secure for your team. It also makes it easy for companies to manage credentials and access.

At Digify we currently support SAML 2.0 SSO identity providers: Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, Okta and Onelogin

Configuring SSO with Digify

1) Configure a SAML 2.0 SSO app with your identity provider service.

2) Once that's selected you'll need to provide Digify with the necessary Metadata and SSO certificates.

3) Send the Metadata and certificates to Digify. Digify will handle the rest of the setup.

You SSO setup will vary depending on the identity provider you use. Configuration guides are available. If you use a different Identity Provider and need assistance, email us at support@digify.com

User Provisioning (SCIM) (Only available on Digify Enterprise Plan)

Digify supports user provisioning with the System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) standard.

User provisioning allows the system admin to manage users (enterprise viewer roles) more efficiently. System admin can manage user's access to Digify within the Identity Provider. Here's what you can do:

  • Create a user

  • Update a user

  • Remove a user

Here are the ones we support: Microsoft Azure, Okta

Your SCIM provisioning setup will vary depending on the identity provider you use. Configuration guides are available. If you don't see your SCIM Identity Provider above email us at support@digify.com and we can discuss if it's possible.
