Different guests may require different access rights to specific files and folders. Folder-Level Granular Permissions and File-Level Granular Permissions allow you to control and customize a data room guest's or group's viewing, printing, and downloading permissions to suit your needs.
Folder-Level Granular Permissions: Define folder-level permissions.
File-Level Granular Permissions: Define both file and folder level permissions.
If you're on a Legacy plan (i.e. plans activated before June 12, 2019), you will not have access to the File-Level Granular Permissions feature, even if your plan name is similar to the current plans. This is due to a difference in the plan and pricing structure.
If you would like to upgrade your plan to use File-Level Granular Permissions, please contact support at support@digify.com to upgrade to the Team plan as indicated on our pricing page.
