Images (.JPG, .PNG, .GIF, .BMP)
Portable Document Format (.PDF)
Document ( .DOC, .DOCX, .MOBI, .ODT, .OTT, .EPUB, .XPS)
Spreadsheet (.XLS, .XLSX, .ODS, .CSV, .TSV, .XLT)
Presentation (.PPT, .PPTX, .PPTM, .PPSM, .POTM, .ODP, .OTP)
Audio files (.MP3, .WAV, .WMA)
Videos (.AVI, .MOV, .MP4, .MPG, .M4V, .3GP, .WMV, .WebM)
Private notes (.TXT)
We support the following video formats and codecs for video files. If your video is not using one of the supported codecs, it will not be processed.
*MP4 audio is currently not supported. Please convert such files to MP4 video first before sending or uploading.
For Pro, Team and Business users, the file size limit is 5 GB per file. For more details, please refer to our pricing page here.
