We've made several improvements to the Expiry feature in Document Security and Data Rooms!
"Self-destruct" is now known as "Expire after opening".
You can now set your files to expire after a specified number of days, in addition to hours and minutes, after they have been opened by your recipients.
You can now select from five predefined options for "Expire on a fixed date & time": in 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days or 90 days after the date of sending.
You can now set an Access Start date and time for your data room guests and groups, in addition to an Access End (i.e. expiry date and time).
All other updates
You can now "Select All" for recipients, guests or groups when managing access for a sent file or data room guest or group list.
Data room owners will now receive a weekly email notification if they had at least one guest visiting their data room in the past week.
Minor bug fixes, including:
Fixed issue where an add-on purchase was not reflected immediately in a user's subscription plan.
Minor UI/UX changes
Updated onboarding pop-ups for new users.
Reduced time validity of email one-time verification codes.
