More accurate tracking of anonymous file recipients
Sending files with "Anyone with the link (no email verification)"? You may find this update useful.
As the file owner, you'll now see a more accurate number of anonymous viewers, based on their browser, in the file's analytics.
Each anonymous viewer will also be tracked for their number of views, prints and downloads. Each anonymous viewing session will also include the following details:
Date & time
Duration
Location
IP address
All other updates
Minor bug fixes, including:
Fixed "More options" ellipsis in Manage Sent Files not being responsive when shown with search results.
Fixed incorrect error page being shown when a data room owner reviews an access request when their guest quota has exceeded.
Updated the error message that appears when a user enters an invalid character in the subject field when posting a question using Question & Answer in a data room.
Minor UX/UI updates, including:
Minor copy updates.
Added a warning when a user tries to download a file that was shared with "Anyone with the link (no email verification)" Access setting, or a file that is in an unsupported format.
Added "Zoom in" and "Zoom out" buttons in Admin Settings > Branding > Change Logo to enable users to adjust the size of their logo image.
Added "Don't ask me again" checkbox in pop-up that appears when a user has been inactive in the file viewer.
