We will be discontinuing the Digify mobile app for iOS and Android effective October 1 2023.

Although this change represents a change from our current offering, we believe it has limited impact. While our mobile app has been serving you for file viewing, our mobile-friendly desktop platform goes one step further. It not only provides seamless file viewing but also offers a more comprehensive range of functionalities. We encourage you to transition to using digify.com on your mobile or desktop browser.

How to login from your mobile device

  1. Open Your web Browser: Launch your mobile browser—Google Chrome is recommended.

  2. Accessing Digify App:

    1. Go straight to the login page at https://digify.com/a/#/access/login.

    2. Alternatively, go to Digify website at https://digify.com/, tap ☰ at the top right and choose "Log In".

  3. Login to Digify: Enter the email associated with your account. Proceed by following the provided steps for a secure login process.

How to navigate and use the mobile web app


1. Navigation: Once logged in, click the ☰ icon to open the navigation menu. Here you will find the different sections.

2. Go the sections: Click on the sections you want to explore. For example, click on "View received files"

3. View Received Files or Data Rooms: You can find the files or data rooms in the section. Click the file or data room you want to view.

4. Action Menu:

To find the action menu, click (…) next to the file or data room and you will get the corresponding actions
