Connect Data Room With Your Existing Tools

Document security users have already created smooth workflows with our existing Zapier integration. We've now expanded the integration capabilities to the Digify data rooms.

Data room owners and co-owners can use Zapier to set up triggers related to data room actions. These include accessing, viewing, printing and downloading a data room document.

Let's say you're managing an online training program with Digify. Whenever a participant completes a module and downloads related resources, you can automatically feed their details into your CRM using the integration. Not just this, you can automatically perform actions like uploading a follow-up file for them.

Other actions that can be performed include

  • Uploading a file/folder

  • Deleting a file/folder

  • Adding a data room guest

  • Deleting a data room guest

  • Creating a group in a data room

  • Adding guests to groups

  • Updating group settings

  • Replacing a data room file

Get a Complete View of Guests Across all Data Rooms

Managing guest quota and ensuring authorized user access across data rooms can get complex, especially when you have multiple data rooms set up.

Admins can now access a complete list of all the existing guests including details like Available Quota, Name, Date Added and Last Visit. You can also view guest access details for different data rooms with the "View access" option. The search bar on top of the guest list lets you easily look for guests using their first name, last name, or email.

Where can you find this?

Go to the Admin Settings, and click on Billing tab. Expand the "Plan Details & Usage" section and then choose "View guest list" in the Data Room Guests option. Upon clicking the link, you will be able to view the a consolidated guest list of all your data rooms.

  • Fixed incorrect guest quota when users manage team members, restored the option to delete and invite members

UI/UX Changes

  • Data room owner/co-owner can now see the 'Replace file' action for the exported data room activity logs

  • Users will now see a loading icon when they toggle the data room access switch in the 'Manage Data Room' list
