Quickly find relevant files with enhanced search function
Digify users can already locate their files in a data room by searching for keywords in the file names. With the new and improved search functionality, data room users and guests can now also find documents/files they need by typing in keywords present in the content of a specific file of a data room. This means users can easily locate contracts, reports, or any file without manually opening and checking files one by one.
The improvement makes your and your guests' search experience smoother and faster, helping to access the required files without any delay.
We've further improved the search functionality to include advanced filters, making finding exactly what users are looking for in a data room even easier.
You can now narrow down your search based on the following filters
File types filter that allows you to specify the type of file you're looking for like PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images, audio files, videos, or text files.
Upload date filter allows you to search for files based on when they were added to the data room.
Uploader filter to search for documents based on who uploaded them.
