Create and edit documents in data room (beta)
You can now create, edit and share documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly from your data rooms without switching between different tools.
All edits made are saved in real time, so you can share these documents with team members, stakeholders or clients and collaborate instantly.
Using this feature, you may now quickly get started on your projects by creating new documents right where you need them. Whether you're drafting a contract, preparing a pitch deck or setting up a spreadsheet, you can now do it all from your data room.
Note: This beta feature is only available on Team plans & above
