View page analytics within Digify's Data Rooms

Page Analytics within Data Rooms

You can now view page-level analytics for data room files, providing you with more comprehensive insights into how guests engage with each page of your files. Previously, this was only possible with Document Security, but it is now also accessible for Data Room files.

This feature offers granular analytics, helping you refine content and tailor follow-up actions for enhanced engagement.

❗ Note: Page analytics will not be available for any data prior to May 13, 2024.

Key Features:

  • Page-Level Insights: Access detailed analytics on guest engagement, including which pages were viewed, duration of views, most viewed pages, and the percentage of file completion. You are also able to sort pages by page number, time spent, and view counts.

  • Custom Filters: Tailor analytics by filtering activities based on specific guests, versions, or time frames. This flexibility allows for targeted analysis and comparison across different parameters.

  • New Analytics Columns:

    • Visit: Summary of visits for all guests.

    • Group: Group assignment of each guest.

    • Progress: Summary for all guests and individual guest progress.

Data Room File Unread Indicator

Enhance your document management with the new unread indicator for data room files. This feature allows you to quickly identify data room files that are still unread.

Unread files will be highlighted in bold on the Name, Views, and Data columns. Read files will not be highlighted.

❗ Note: All files uploaded prior to this release will be marked as “Read”.

Updated User Session Settings

We’ve updated our default user session settings to provide a more seamless experience when using Digify for an extended period of time.

Previously, the default login session was set to four (4) hours. Now, we have extended the duration to 12 hours to allow users to stay logged in longer without interruption. This update ensures that you can maintain your workflow without the need for frequent logins.

All other updates

UI/UX Changes:

  • Updated icons in team admin analytics to be consistent with Data Room/File analytics

  • Users will now see the "Secured by Digify" label in the footer of the file viewer

Bug Fixes:

  • Editing (Currently a beta feature and is only available on Team plans and above (non-Legacy plans only))

    • Fixed files being corrupted and inaccessible when the saving of a new file version fails

    • Improved long loading time when opening a file in Editing

    • Fixed PPT files getting randomly reverted to an older version

    • Improved changes or edits made in Editing

    • Aligned the editing session with the user login session

  • Fixed missing full text search feature for some users

  • Fixed missing “ENFORCE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)” title in Admin Settings > Members tab

  • Fixed 6-digit code verification not appearing for unsupported file formats in File Viewer

  • Fixed a bug where the Export Analytics button would appear when viewing a document security file’s analytics, even if there is no data available

  • Fixed a bug where “0 bytes” would appear in the file viewer when opening a document security file

  • Fixed the page analytics chart not resetting to the first page (default page) upon switching filters whenever a user scrolls to other pages in the chart

  • Increased accuracy for page tracking
