We are excited to announce the launch of Page Analytics, designed to provide you with more comprehensive insights into how guests engage with each page of your files.

With Page Analytics, you gain granular insights that help you refine your content and tailor follow-up actions for enhanced engagement. This feature allows you to understand precisely how guests interact with your files, enabling you to make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of your files' contents.

Key Features

Page-level Insights

Access detailed analytics on guest engagement, including:

  • Visits: How many guests viewed the file

  • Time Spent: Total duration of views

  • Average Progress: Average percentage of content viewed, based on the furthest page accessed

Additionally, you can sort pages by how much time was spent, view counts, and the top performing pages according to these two metrics. This helps you pinpoint exactly how your audience is interacting with your content.

Custom Filters

Tailor your analytics by filtering activities based on specific guests, versions, or time frames. This flexibility allows for targeted analysis and comparison across different parameters, helping you focus on the most relevant data for your needs.

❗ Note: Page analytics is supported for PDF, document, and presentation. See supported file formats

This feature aims to empower you with a better understanding of how guests and recipients engage with your files on a granular level. By gaining insights into specific page interactions, you can follow up with adequate context or revise your file contents to drive more engagement and achieve your objectives.
