Digify Plan Updates

Premium and other features are now available as add-ons for Digify's Pro and Team plans.

  • The add-ons include:

    • Single Sign-on

    • Advanced Branding with White-label URL

    • Site Integration APIs, Sandbox and Support

    • Unlimited data rooms

  • When Pro/Team/Enterprise plan admins visit the Admin Settings > Billing tab, they will see the Billing portal and the updated Plan Details & Usage section if they have added premium features and/or unlimited data rooms

  • Customer portal is also updated to show the premium features and other add-ons

  • Quotation links generated from pricing page will also include the new add-ons

Improved data room search results

  • Updated search results to show more relevant results based on the keywords entered by the user

  • Updated prioritization of results based on the following order:

    • File name

    • Description

    • Content

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed users getting redirected to the dashboard instead of the file link when user's session expires in the Manage Sent Files tab

  • Fixed users getting inaccurate "1000 rate limit" error even if limit wasn't reached yet

  • Fixed users unable to download video files with other 1GB file size in the file viewer for data rooms

  • Fixed selected file counter not reflecting properly in data room file list

  • Fixed files uploaded by a deleted user not showing in the data room search

  • Fixed users getting "No data room quota left" error when adding a team member on their account

  • Fixed users getting a warning error when updating a guest permission from Edit to View in granular permissions page

  • Fixed "Unable to edit with MS Editor" pop-up showing for users whose Edit permission was changed to No Access

  • Fixed Terms of Access showing for editable documents (.docx/.pptx/.xlsx) and not showing for non-editable documents (PDF and etc) when MS Editing is enabled

  • Fixed missing pages and incorrect format on the first load of MS Editor

  • Fixed users with Edit permission unable to access the shared file to them

  • Fixed unhandled scenario for file not being saved when editing session was not found

  • Fixed Groups dropdown filter changing to "All guests" instead of "All groups" when clicking on the Reset link

  • Fixed scroll bar not fully visible for Top views/Top prints/Top downloads when file pages trigger the scroll bar or when files have 500 pages or more

  • Fixed blank screen showing when a file has more than 500 pages and page analytics is expanded

  • Fixed inaccurate user storage consumed when data room files from trash were automatically purged

  • Fixed users unable to save SMTP password if it contains special characters such as ">" and "<"

  • Fixed token showing in the URL after getting redirected to the app when users login via SSO

  • Fixed analytics showing incorrect time duration for user detail summary

  • Fixed analytics showing 0% progress for individual user file views

UI/UX Changes

  • Users who accessed a file with data room pre-auth URL can now navigate back to the data room using the folder tree icon in the file viewer toolbar

  • Localization updates

    • Updated localization glossary for page analytics, pricing, and checkout pages

    • Improved localization bar messaging to highlight that users can inform us for any errors in the translations

    • Implemented localization fixes

      • Fixed text not fitting on the allocated area for document security/data room analytics for German and Korean languages

      • Fixed missing space between Expiry label and its tool tip on the Send Files page for English and German languages

      • Fixed untranslated pop-up when users get kicked for single active sessions

      • Fixed localization for the Portuguese Digify sidebar

      • Fixed data room search showing no results when users search with future dates while on the German language

      • Fixed "data room" text not translated in data room file viewer for all locales

      • Fixed text unable to fit in continue button in Start trial page for the French localization

      • Fixed untranslated copied quotation link pop-up in pricing page for all locale

      • Fixed untranslated "Select country" text for new users in checkout page's Company Billing Details pop-up for all locale

      • Fixed untranslated error message when users try to reuse the account activation link for all locale

      • Fixed broken pricing page and trial page UI for mobile devices with English and German locale

      • Fixed misaligned analytics side bar for Korean, French, Spanish, and German localization

      • Fixed "Add-On" text not translated within the app for all locales

      • Fixed "Custom" text not fitting for Enterprise plan section in pricing page for Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French locale

      • Fixed Create Data Room alignment breaking when users click on it with Spanish locale

      • Fixed users getting logged out after changing their language from the My Settings page

      • Fixed Chinese users not seeing the ZH locale option after their trial account is created
