Dashboard updates
Users will now see the updated home dashboard to show the new charts for Top Files and Top Data Rooms on their account in the last 7 days. The results will have the following filters by default:
By views for Top Files
By visits for Top Data Rooms
The charts can also be filtered based on the following options

By views of files
By time spent on files
By downloads of files
By prints of files

By visits to data room
By views of files
By time spent on files

By prints of files
Top Files chart
Clicking on the file name under Top Files in the Last 7 Days will open the file viewer
If the Top Files chart is sorted by views on the dashboard and the user clicks on the analytics for a file, the user will be redirected to the file analytics page with the results sorted by highest views first. The same behavior applies to the rest of the filters.
Top Data Rooms chart
Clicking on the data room name under Top Data Rooms in the Last 7 Days will open the data room
If the Top Data Rooms chart is sorted by time spent on the dashboard and the user clicks analytics, the user will be redirected to the data room analytics page -- Top Views tab with results sorted by longest time spent first
If Top Data Rooms chart is sorted by visits on the dashboard and the user clicks the analytics, the user will be redirected to the data room analytics page -- Guests tab with results sorted by highest visit first
If Top Data Rooms chart is sorted by views on the dashboard and the user clicks the analytics, the user will be redirected to the data room file analytics page -- Top Views tab with results sorted by highest views first
The same behavior follows for print and download filters
Users will see "No activities in the last 7 days" on the dashboard if there is no data available for the chart/s
For Trial/Subscription ended users, the charts for Top Files and Top Data Rooms will be covered and will show a link for them to Upgrade their plan to access the analytics
Highlighted search results
Users will now see the key words highlighted from the data room search results so they can easily identify the terms that match their query
The same behavior follows for the search results from the data room trashcan

Bug Fixes
Fixed date added value showing incorrect data when adding bulk recipient in document security files
Fixed users not getting logged out even after access expiry for document security files was reached
Fixed file stuck in encrypting status when users upload a file in the data room after viewing unread files
Fixed scroll bar not fully visible for Top views/Top prints/Top downloads when a file's pages trigger the scroll bar, or if file pages are 500 and up
Fixed indention for Groups with no guests in Granular Permissions page
Fixed missing loading icon when loading more data room search results
Fixed inaccurate user quota count when inviting, adding, or removing users to the team
UI/UX Changes
Removed Enterprise trial plan option from the Customer portal
Separated LinkedIn and Facebook options from the "How did you hear about us" section in the trial start page
Update the "Secured by Digify" in the file viewer from https://digify.com/ to https://digify.com/home-secure-by-digify.html
