Invite Guests to Data Room Files within the PDF Viewer

Data room owners and co-owners can now invite guests directly to specific files within the PDF viewer. Invited guests will only have access to the file they were invited to, not the entire data room

To invite guests:

Export Data Room File Index & Guest List:

  • We've resolved an issue where exporting large data room indexes and guest lists could time out. The exported files will now be sent directly to your email, ensuring a smoother experience.

Invite Guests to Data Room Files within the PDF Viewer


Data room owners and co-owners can now invite guests directly to specific files within the PDF viewer. Invited guests will only have access to the file they were invited to, not the entire data room.

UI/UX Improvements and Bug Fixes

  • Gmail Unsubscribe Flow: The unsubscribe popup will always be shown for a more consistent experience.

  • Granular Permissions UI Fix: We've resolved a UI issue that occurred when resetting granular permissions.

  • Data Room Index Order: Fixed the bug where the data room index order was constantly changing.

  • File Selection Reset: File selection in the data room search will now reset correctly after removing keywords.

  • Download Issues: Fixed issues related to downloading multiple files with different permissions (Original and PDF).

  • Redirection Fix: Pro plan users will now be correctly redirected from Home page analytics to data room analytics after an upgrade.

  • Managed Sent Files: Fixed the issue where recipients were not appearing in Managed Sent Files after sending a file.

Digify 2024 Price Changes

We want to inform you of an upcoming change in our pricing structure, which will take effect on the 2nd of September 2024.

Updated Pricing Details:

  • Pro Plan

    • Monthly: $180 (previously $165)

    • Yearly: $1,560 (previously $1,440)

  • Team Plan

    • Monthly: $480 (previously $450)

    • Yearly: $3,960 (previously $3,600)

  • Add-ons

    • Unlimited API Add-on

      • This add-on will no longer be offered under the Pro plan. It will now only be available in the Team plan and above. Pro plan users will have a set limit of 100 API calls per month. For existing customers with the unlimited API add-on, this change will take effect on January 1, 2025. There will be no changes to any other add-ons.

Effective Dates:

For All New Upgrades/Reactivations:

The new pricing will be effective starting 2 September 2024 (SGT, morning) or 1 September 2024 (U.S. time, evening) for all self-upgrades, sales-assisted upgrades, and returning customers.

For Existing Paying Customers:

The new pricing will take effect from 1 October 2024, starting on your next renewal date. Customers who sign up with the current price before 2 September 2024 will also be migrated to the new price on the 1st of October 2024.


Other Updates

Export Data Room File Index & Guest List:

Previously, customers encountered issues exporting large data room indexes and guest lists due to a timeout issue in CloudFront. We have now addressed this by sending the exported file directly to your email.

Invite Guests to Data Room File in the PDF Viewer:

Data room owners or co-owners can now invite guests directly to the data room file within the PDF viewer. Invited guests will have access to the specific file only and will not have access to the entire data room.


UI/UX Updates and Bug Fixes

  • Gmail unsubscribe flow -- always show the popup for Unsubscribe

  • Fixed a UI issue when resetting granular permissions

  • Fixed the bug where the order of the data room index constantly changes

  • Reset file selection in data room search after removing keywords

  • Fixed download issues when selecting multiple files with different download permissions (Original and PDF)

  • Fixed redirection issue for newly upgraded Pro plan users that navigate from the Home page analytics to data room analytics

  • Fixed recipient not appearing in Managed Sent Files after sending a file
