Enhanced Search of Document Security Sent Files
We’ve introduced an enhanced search functionality for managing sent files, giving file owners greater control and precision when searching through their shared files. Users can now apply filters based on file type, date, and status to find relevant results more quickly and efficiently.
Key features:
Search with Filters: File owners can apply filters like Type, Date, and Status when searching for specific files or keywords.
File Type: Includes options like PDFs, Word documents, XLS spreadsheets, and PPT presentations. The default is set to "All."
Date Range: Filter files by their upload date. The default is set to "All time," but users cannot select a date before the first shared file or any future dates.
File Status: Filter by file status, such as All, Expired, or Not Expired. The default is set to "All."
Smart Keyword Search: Results will appear for file names, document content (PDF, DOC, PPT, XLS), and recipient names or emails, regardless of text casing or incomplete strings.
Relevance-based Results: Search results are displayed by the following order of relevance, helping you find what you need faster.

Highlighted Keywords: Matching keywords in your search filters are highlighted within the results.
Reset Option: A "Reset" button is available to revert search filters and restore the default view.
This enhancement is only applicable to users on our latest plans, while legacy users will not see this feature.
Improved Search Bar Discoverability
We’ve made several UI improvements to enhance the visibility of the search bar across various pages. These changes make it easier to locate and utilize the search feature in the following areas:
Data Room and Manage Data Rooms: Quickly search files, folders, guests, or groups.
Analytics: Search guests and groups within the data room.
Trash Can and Granular Permissions: Streamlined access to search functions.
Admin Settings: Including Team Statistics, Document Security, Data Room, Members Tab, and Billing.
Language Selector Update
We’ve updated the position of the language selector for better visibility across several key pages:
Login and File Login
Data Room Login
2FA and Single Active Login
New User OTP and Password Reset
Account Migration
These changes also apply for both whitelabel and non-whitelabel accounts.
Bug fixes
Fixed missing recipients in Manage Access page if recipient email is ending with an underscore
Fixed image thumbnail getting cutoff when hovering to the bar from the page performance chart in analytics page
Fixed missing version bar on top of the file viewer when users access an outdated file version using direct link
Fixed users from US region unable to load the Visitor chart in data room analytics page
Fixed data room analytics page loading multiple times when users navigate to the page
Fixed data room getting stuck during cloning process
Fixed analytics page not showing the previous version statistics if there is only one (1) permanent version
Fixed missing upgrade link in the dropdown options for the premium features due to localization
Fixed unsubscribe endpoint receiving false positive signals from email scanning service (MS outlook, MIMEcast)
