Pop-up notifications for download troubleshooting, enhanced integration visibility, and export email improvements

Pop-up for File/Folder Download Troubleshooting

We've introduced a new pop-up message to assist users in troubleshooting blocked download pop-ups in their Chrome or Edge browsers.


This update ensures that users are promptly informed if their browser is blocking a download, improving their experience by offering immediate troubleshooting tips.

Integration Overview Updates

The Overview page under the Integrations section has been enhanced with new blocks for Salesforce and HubSpot integrations. Clicking the "Learn more" link will redirect users to a detailed helpdesk article for each integration.

These updates are visible to the following users of non-whitelabel accounts:

  • Paid Admin/User

  • Free user Admin/User

This improvement provides greater visibility and access to integration resources, streamlining setup and usage for key integrations.

Backup Link in Data Room Export Email

Users exporting files from a data room will now receive both a download link and a backup link via email. For exports where file paths exceed 255 characters, users will receive two sets of download links—one for shortened paths and another for the original paths.

This update ensures that even complex file structures can be exported and downloaded without issues, enhancing data accessibility and security.


UI/UX Changes

  • The app will now assess the total file size before exporting multiple files or folders from the data room:

    • Files under 500 MB will trigger an immediate download.

    • Files 500 MB and above will prompt a pop-up, notifying users that they will receive an email once their download is ready.

  • You will now receive a pop-up when they attempt to unsubscribe from emails using Gmail or Outlook. The unsubscribe button will redirect them to a Google form, clarifying next steps once they unsubscribe.

  • The "About" page text will now automatically be translated based on the user's locale, unless the content has been customized.

  • We've updated the Contact Sales and Book a Call links on the pricing page to the following HubSpot link: Book a Demo.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed spacing for the "No results found" message in data room searches.

  • Corrected the missing period in the toast message displayed when a data room is unshared.

  • Resolved an error preventing users from removing a team member not part of a data room due to insufficient quota.

  • Fixed an issue where special characters in data room search results were not properly highlighted.

  • Addressed incorrect truncation of data rooms or folder names containing periods.

  • Account migration completion emails are now sent to users

  • Fixed an "undefined rate limit" error that occurred one day before quota resets
