How to add your company logo & brand colors

Plus, where your recipients and guests will see your custom branding

If you're an admin for your team, you can customize the look of your Digify app by uploading your company logo and using your brand colors (i.e. custom branding).

This will be visible to you and your team, as well as your file recipients and data room guests.

💡 Note: This feature is available on all paid plans.

How to add my company logo & brand colors?

Step 1: From your dashboard, click on your name and avatar in the top-right corner. In the dropdown, select Admin Settings.

Step 2: You'll be directed to the Admin Settings page. Click on the Branding section.

Step 3: Under Change Logo, click on the Expand button.

Click on the Change button to upload your logo. Please ensure that your logo image meets both of the following requirements:

  • It must be a .png file with a transparent background

  • The image file should not be bigger than 400 x 400 pixels

Once uploaded, you may now adjust the size and position of your logo to fit the frame.

Once done, click Save to confirm your changes.

Step 5: Under Change Color, click on the Expand button.

If you know your brand's color code, you may key it in. Otherwise, you can click on Pick color and select the dropper tool icon to pick a color from your logo.

Step 6: Once done, click on the Save button.
