Full Data Room Export with Confirmation Letter
Data Room Owners and Co-Owners can now export the entire data room, complete with a confirmation letter verifying the integrity of the export. The export is available under data room settings shown below:
The confirmation letter contains a SHA-256 hash value, a unique identifier that verifies the integrity of the exported archive. If the hash value of the letter matches that of the exported archive, it confirms that the exported data has remained unchanged since the export. A sample cover letter is shown below

Q&A Import & Export
New import and export capabilities have been added to improve Q&A management. These can be accessed under "Manage Q&A" within the Q&A drawer shown below
New import and export capabilities make it easier to manage Q&A within the data room.
Import Q&A – Upload questions in bulk using a standardized Excel template. Each imported question can include a subject and question message.
Export Q&A – Generate a full Q&A record, including all responses and the names of linked files. The Q&A export is also included when exporting the entire data room.

Fixed users getting redirected to the Manage Access Data Room page after requesting access to a document security file.

Fixed cloned data rooms getting stuck in "Cloning in-progress" when the source data room was previously unshared.
Fixed date field resetting to the start of the year instead of showing the correct date when reopening the data room expiry field.
Fixed users getting logged out when uploading or copying a file if they reached the encrypted storage limit and clicked "Add More Encrypted Storage".
Fixed new Data Room Owners receiving multiple Q&A update emails after ownership transfer or account migration.
Fixed dropdown fields shifting other fields when clicked on the Create Group and Q&A pages.
Fixed guests getting stuck in the Uploading state when uploading a file via a pre-auth URL.
