Why this happens
Digify uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect shared files and data rooms from automated access and abuse.
Some organizations restrict access to Google services or third-party security scripts. When this happens, reCAPTCHA may not load or respond correctly. This is common in environments with:
Strict firewalls or web filtering
Corporate proxies
Content Security Policy (CSP) restrictions
Locked-down browsers or virtual desktops
How to resolve the issue
Step 1: Try a quick test (recommended)
Before reaching out to IT, please try one of the following:
Open the link using a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot)
Try a different device or browser
Temporarily disable browser extensions (such as ad blockers)
If reCAPTCHA works on another network or device, this confirms the issue is caused by network restrictions.
Step 2: Ask your IT team to allow Google reCAPTCHA
If the issue only occurs on your work network, a one-time IT configuration update is required.
You can send the message below directly to your IT or security team:
Hi team,
I’m trying to access a file shared via Digify, but Google reCAPTCHA appears to be blocked on our work network. I’ve confirmed that it works on a different network, so this seems to be a network restriction.
Could you please allow access to the following domains used for security verification?
This is for Google reCAPTCHA (bot and abuse protection) over HTTPS (port 443). Thank you! |
