Troubleshooting Download Issues

Written by Eefennie Fam

If you clicked the download button but nothing seems to happen, this is often related to how your browser handles the download or pop-up request. Please try the following steps based on your browser:

Chrome

We've noticed that Chrome can sometimes falsely flag files during its download security screening, which blocks the download from starting.

  1. Go to your browser's address bar and click the icon shown when Chrome flags the download

  2. Allow the download when prompted

  3. Refresh the page and try downloading again

Please note this is based on your individual Chrome configuration, and something we don't have direct control over. For further instructions, you can refer to Google's guide on managing downloads.

Safari

If you clicked download but nothing appears to happen, Safari may be blocking the download pop-up without clearly showing it happened.

  1. Check the top right of your Safari window for a Downloads icon (a down arrow inside a circle) showing file progress

  2. If you don't see it, Safari may be blocking the pop-up. To allow it:

    • Open Safari and go to digify.com

    • Click Safari > Settings in the top menu, then select the Websites tab

    • Click Pop-up Windows on the left menu (you may need to scroll down)

    • Find digify.com and change the setting to Allow

  3. Close and reopen your browser, then try downloading again

Please note this is based on your individual Safari configuration, and something we don't have direct control over. For further instructions, you can refer to Apple's Safari user guide.

Other Browsers

If you continue to have issues, try a different browser (e.g., Edge or Firefox) or a different device to help isolate the cause.
