Digify takes a privacy-first approach — a data room owner is not required to add other Digify team members as guests, so you won't automatically see a teammate's data room on your own dashboard, even across a large org where different people work on different deals and projects. Team Analytics is how Digify Admins get that visibility instead: see any team member's sent files and data rooms, broken down by member, from one place — without needing to ask them directly.
Note: Team Analytics shows Data Room structure and Document security activity — not content. You can see a data room's folder/file structure and its analytics, but not the physical contents of the files. File contents stay private to the owner and their invited guests/recipients.

How to access Team Analytics
Only available for Digify Admins
Sign in to your Digify account
If you're an Admin, click your name in the top-right corner, then select Admin Settings
Click Team Analytics
Select a team member to view their sent files and data rooms
Drill into a specific file or data room to see its full analytics
