If you're having issues importing files from Google Drive or connecting your Google Drive to your Digify account, try these fixes.
Please take screenshots as you go through these steps to help us to investigate the issue further.
Step 1: Open Digify with a private or incognito window
Some of the plugins in your usual browser may be blocking Google or Google Drive from connecting correctly.
Try loading Digify using a private or incognito window. Then, try to import files from your Google Drive or sign in to Digify using your Google account.
You can also try using a different browser to see if the error persists.
Step 2: Reconnect your Google account to Digify
Go to your Google account here and remove Digify's access. Then, connect Digify to your Google account again.
Step 3: Open the developer console
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, please press F12 on your keyboard to open the developer console. Then, copy the error message in the console to support@digify.com.
