A number of reasons could be causing problems in connecting your Google Drive to your Digify account or importing files from it.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot. Please take screenshots as you go through the steps as that will help us in investigating the issue further:

1. Some of the plugins may be blocking it from connecting correctly. Try connecting Google Drive to your Digify account in your browser’s private or incognito mode. You can also try doing this using another browser to see if the error persists. 

2. Go to your Google account and remove Digify's access. Then Connect Digify with Google again. https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

3. If the above doesn't work please press F12 to open developer console. Copy the error message in the console to support@digify.com. If there is no error message, please let us know as well.
