If you're the admin for your team on Digify, you can review and update your billing details or download past invoices for your account from the Billing Portal.

To access the Billing Portal, follow these steps.

Step 1: From your dashboard, click on your name and your avatar in the top-right corner. In the dropdown menu, click on Admin Settings.

If your account is on the Legacy Lite Plan and or Legacy Pro Plan (i.e. plans that were activated before 12 June 2019), select Billing in the dropdown menu.

Step 2: You'll be directed to the Admin Settings page. Click on the BILLING section.

Step 3: Under Billing Portal, click on the Launch button.

Step 4: You'll be directed to the Billing Portal, where you can review your:

  • Account information

  • Billing address

  • Payment methods

  • Billing history, including past invoices
