For security reasons, hyperlinks are not supported on mobile browsers.

How to make your hyperlinks clickable in the file viewer

If the hyperlinks are not working, please check if they were embedded correctly.

Otherwise, please try exporting the PDF in the "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility" format using MS Word or MS PowerPoint.
