Note: This article only applies if you wish to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. For example, if you're currently on the Pro plan and wish to upgrade to the Team or Business plan. If you're looking to downgrade your plan, please refer here.

If you're an admin, you may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Follow these steps.

Step 1: To upgrade to a higher-tier plan, start by accessing our pricing page here.

Step 2: Click on the toggle to choose your desired billing term (i.e. either monthly or annually). Then, click on the Buy Now button for the plan you wish to upgrade to.

Step 3: If you're not signed in, a pop-up will appear asking if you have an existing Digify account. Click on the Yes button.

Then, enter the email address of the Digify account that you want to upgrade. Please ensure that you're an admin for your Digify team on this email address.

Skip this step if you're already signed in.

Step 4: You'll be directed to a page to review your new subscription details. You may also customize your subscription here.

Once done, click on the Continue button on the top-right hand corner to proceed.

💡 Note: Upon checkout, you'll only be charged a pro-rated amount of your upgraded plan price for the reminder of your current billing cycle. From the next billing cycle onwards, you'll be charged the full amount as shown in the Order Summary. Once payment is processed, your plan will be upgraded immediately and you'll be able to access premium features included in your new plan.

Step 5: Fill in your billing details, then click on the Subscribe button to confirm.

Once the payment is processed successfully, your plan will be upgraded immediately.
