How to downgrade your subscription plan

To downgrade your Digify subscription to a different plan, please contact your admin to email us at support@digify.com. Our billing team will assist you with the changes to your plan.

When you downgrade your plan, you will lose access to certain premium features. More details are available on our pricing page.

Please note that our billing department may require up to 24 to 48 business hours to process your request.
