If you're experiencing issues with a file that is not loading in the file viewer or not appearing in the file viewer, you may want to check if your Internet connection is secured by Zscaler.

If so, we recommend disabling Zscaler temporarily to isolate the source of the problem.

If you're able to view the file in the file viewer after disabling Zscaler, for a longer-term solution, please request for your IT department or administrator to add the digify.com domain to the SSL bypass list.
