Here's how you can set up the following folders in your data room for due diligence in just one minute.
Simply download this .zip file, decompress it on your computer and upload it to your data room using drag-and-drop.
Thereafter, you may delete or rename the folders as desired, and upload the relevant documents into the appropriate folders.

How to set up your data room for due diligence in one minute
Step 1: Click on the button below to download a preset folder structure for due diligence data rooms.
Note: The file has been compressed into a .zip format for downloading.
Step 2: Locate the downloaded .zip file on your computer.
If you're using Windows, right-click on the .zip file and select Extract All.
If you're using Mac, double-click on the .zip file to decompress it.
Step 3: Go back to Digify. Create a data room if you haven't done so already.
Step 4: Enter the data room.
On your computer, open up the folder that's named "[Digify] Data Room Structure for Due Diligence". You should see all of the sub-folders named "Commercial", "Financial", etc.
Select all of the sub-folders. Drag and drop these folders into your data room.
Step 5: Once done, your data room is all set up for due diligence. Simply upload your relevant documents to the data room in the appropriate folders.
