As the data room owner, you can view the analytics for a specific guest.

Step 1: Enter the data room. Click on ANALYTICS in the top-right.

Step 2: You will be directed to an Overview page with a summary of your data room analytics. Click on Guests in the sidebar.

Step 3: You'll see a list of guests that have accessed your data room.

To view the detailed analytics for each guest, click on the arrow beside the guest. This will expand a list of activities carried out by this guest within this data room.

To view analytics for a specified time frame, you can do so using one of the analytics filters.

Data room analytics of owners and co-owners are hidden by default. If you wish to include analytics for owners and co-owners, you can do so using one of the analytics filters.
