✏️ Allow anyone in a data room to submit questions

✏️ Only data room owners & co-owners can manage questions and mark them as resolved

✏️ Enabled by default when creating new data rooms

If you wish to enable Question & Answer for an existing data room, please go to the data room settings. You must be a data room owner to do this.

✏️ Decide whether questions should be seen by...

  • Owners & co-owners only;

  • Owner, co-owners & other guests in same Group as question author; or

  • Everyone in the data room

Data Room About Page: Now available for Pro plan users

Pro plan users, rejoice! Data Room About Page, a feature previously only available on Team plans and above, is now available on all paid plans.

The About Page is a web page within your data room where you can add text, images and videos or attach files from your data room to communicate with your guests.

Some popular About Page uses include a FAQs section, or an introduction to your project.

  • You'll now receive an email notification every time your email notifications sent via the Digify app to your file recipients/data room guests/team members were not sent successfully

  • You can now search by recipient email address in Document Security

  • We've added a new API integration:

    • Update guest/group permission with Granular Permissions in Data Rooms

  • Minor bug fixes, including:

  • Minor UX/UI changes, including:

    • File owners and data room owners can now view a list of up to 250 recipients/guests per page in the relevant sections of the app

    • Excel What-If Analysis can now be found under Preferences when in Create Data Room, Clone Data Room & Data Room Settings
