As a file or data room owner, you can share a file link that will direct your recipients or guests to a specific page of your sent file or data room file.

Note: File permissions still apply. The recipient or guest must have the appropriate permissions to access the specific sent file or data room, in order to use the jump link.

To do this, follow these steps.

Step 1: If you're sharing a URL for a sent file (via Document Security), go to Manage Sent Files. Select the file you want to share, and click on Link in the floating menu that appears. Copy the link.

If you're sharing a URL for a data room file, enter the data room. Select the specific file and click on Link in the floating menu that appears. Copy the link.

Step 2: Paste the URL in a text editing tool, such as Notepad (for Windows OS) or TextEdit (for MacOS).

Then, add ?page=X to the end of the URL, where "X" is the page number that you want to direct your recipient or guest to.

Original link:

https://digify.com/a/#/f/r/xyz

Edited link:

https://digify.com/a/#/f/r/xyz?page=10

Step 3: Copy the edited link and share it with your recipient or guest. When they open the link, they will be immediately directed to the specified page number.
