You or your IT administrators in your organization may need to add Digify to your allow list in order for our notifications and communications to reach you and your team.

We recommend forwarding this article to IT administrators responsible for mailboxes and gateways to ensure it's accurate and up to date.

Email Allow List

Correctly configuring your email allow list will ensure that emails sent from Digify aren't accidentally filtered out, subject to grey listing or put in a spam folder.

Password reset emails, notifications, and emails that come from within the web app all use these email domains:

@digify.com

@service1.digifynotifications.com
@mandrillapp.com
@mandrill-bounce.digify.com
