Credits are needed when replacing a file within Document Security in the Digify Web app.
❗ Note: You do not need credits to replace any files or folders in your data rooms. Data rooms do not use any credits. Instead, to create a data room, you'll need sufficient data room quota available on your plan. Then, to invite guests to your data room, you'll need sufficient data room guest quota on your plan.
Using your credits for file replacement in Document Security
A single credit is required to replace a file for a single recipient. When replacing a file sent earlier, the credit usage corresponds to the number of recipients. This count is displayed during the file replacement process, ensuring transparent credit consumption.
