Simplify your workflow by copying guest permissions

You can now save precious time by copying access permissions from one guest or guest group to another in just a few clicks!

When adding new guests or creating guest groups, data room owners will now have the option to copy any Granular Permissions applied previously from their account.

These permissions aren't linked to the original, so you can always copy over permissions then modify them as you see fit for your new guests.

Option to set Edit roles at the file level

You may have cases where you would like to invite team members to edit specific files, without granting Edit access to the entire data room.

Data room owners can now set Edit rights at the file level via Granular Permissions. This helps them to retain control over their sensitive files, while still having the option of selective collaboration.

This feature is only available for Team Plan customers and above.
