How to access a Digify Link from Outlook Web when It is not clickable on Outlook Desktop

Microsoft Outlook and its email protection features may modify emails, which can result in some buttons or links not working correctly in the Outlook desktop app. If you're experiencing issues with links or buttons, using Outlook Web often resolves the problem. Follow these steps to get the link you need:

1. Access Outlook Web

  1. Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

  2. Navigate to Outlook Web: Go to Outlook Web and sign in with your Office 365 or Outlook account credentials.

2. Find the Email Containing the Digify Link

  1. Locate the Email: In Outlook Web, navigate to the folder where you received the email with the Digify link. This is typically in your Inbox, but it might be in another folder if you’ve moved it.

  2. Open the Email: Click on the email to open it and view its contents.

3. Retrieve the Digify Link within

  1. Find the Link: Look for the Digify link within the email body. It may be embedded as a hyperlink or presented as a URL.

  2. Enable content/links: You may need to enable/allow content or adjust the settings to view it.

  3. Refresh browser as necessary: Once you enable content or links, you might need to refresh your browser for them to function properly.

  4. After refreshing the browser, please click the link once more, and it should function correctly
