If you experienced an error when printing a file shared via Digify, you may be experiencing browser-related issues. 

Internet Explorer and Edge
Internet Explorer and Edge are known to be not standards compliant, which causes several compatibility issues and limitations resulting in slow performance and sub-optimal user interface.

A common error when printing in Firefox is that the printer used may not recognize the Times New Roman font which causes sub-optimal user interface.

For best results, we highly recommend to open the file using Google Chrome instead and try again.
